Howard Stenn is a horticulturist and educator who has developed practical applications and promotions of water and energy conservation, sustainable gardening and composting. Over the past twenty years he has trained thousands of planners, educators, landscape professionals and home gardeners in conservation practices.

Jil Stenn is regionally recognized for the design of beautiful water conserving gardens. She has over twenty years experience in all phases of landscape development, from conceptual design to construction and maintenance supervision. Jil holds a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture and apprenticed in the offices of several prominent northwest Landscape Architects.

Caitlin Evans is a site designer and project manager, with a focus on environmentally sensitive landscapes. Caitlin provides design inspiration, construction knowledge, keen observation and communications with clients and contractors. She specializes in working out the fine details of garden construction and making sure projects are built correctly.
